“GRANIT” type air helmet. - helmet designed for abrasive blasting applications - a component of the airline respirator system - the helmet has the shape of a shell helmet with built-in visor in the facepiece - rectangular visor frame, “flat”, hinged - the visor has two flat glass panes: on the face side made of polycarbonate, which has a very high impact resistance, and the other one made of plain glass enforced with anti-splatter foil - the visor is additionally protected on the outside by a metal mesh - glass panes, frame, mesh, frame fixing nuts, gaskets and hood are interchangeable - use at temperatures from -10°C to +35°C - helmet is designed to protect employees respiratory system and face when cleaning steel structures, concrete, castings or other elements by means of abrasive blasting cleaning - designed to protect people at abrasive blasting stations, for the operations of the so-called sandblasting
