The OT-1N face shield is made of polycarbonate with a thickness of 1 mm and a height of the protective glass of 200mm . The design of the headgear allows smooth adjustment of the circumference using a mechanism equipped with a clutch, adjustment of the depth of the shield's seating on the user's head, adjustment of the distance of the protective glass in relation to the face in the horizontal plane (a patent-protected solution) and adjustment of the angle of the glass in relation to the user's face. The visor provides the user with the first optical class of the protective glass, protection against splashes and splashes of liquids, resistance to medium-energy impacts (with a velocity of 120 m/s with a 0.86 g ball), resistance to ignition and elevated temperatures, acids, alkalis and other chemicals according to the specifications attached by the polycarbonate manufacturer, protection against ultraviolet. The visor can be used and is comfortable for people wearing glasses. The front reinforcement further stiffens the visor's structure giving the possibility of easy replacement of the glass. Made in accordance with the PN-EN 166:2005 standard.
